Group Classes

KARDIO BOXING™ 

          The group class is 45 minutes which includes a warm-up, followed by interval training that combines boxing techniques with strength and conditioning exercises. The session concludes with stretching and relaxation. 

         The class is designed to suit all fitness levels, offering exercises variations for beginners and those with better conditioning.
