The group class includes a warm-up, followed by interval training that combines boxing techniques with strength and conditioning exercises. The session concludes with stretching and relaxation.
The class is designed to suit all fitness levels, offering exercises variations for beginners and those with better conditioning.

KARDIO BOXING™ Personal Training
Personal training offers both short-term and long-term training routines tailored to the client's individual needs.
The training is customized based on the individual's physical condition and fitness goals.
The training sessions can be once or twice a week for one person or a couple.
Additionally, the personal training package provides guidance on nutrition and supplementation to optimize results.
The Training duration is 60 minutes.
